At the age of 14, waltzing down the street, I passed by a noodle shop. I pass by the shop everyday, but I have never witnessed his expertise. Equipped with a bamboo log, Sifu used his weight to compress the dough before my eyes. Eagerly, I asked to be his apprentice. After years of volunteering for Sifu, I was given the opportunity to learn from their expertise.
Immersed in the rich culinary heritage of Hong Kong, I honed my skills and developed a profound appreciation for the delicate balance of flavors and textures that define authentic Asian noodles. Armed with this expertise, we set out on a mission to bring the soul-satisfying taste of our creations to the world.
In 1995, we planted our roots in the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia, embracing the cultural mosaic that defines this dynamic city. Here, against the backdrop of breathtaking landscapes and a melting pot of culinary influences, we have continued to evolve and innovate, fusing the time-honored techniques learned in Hong Kong with the diverse palates of our new home.
